An experienced Residential Property Manager is required to oversee a compact managed lettings portfolio, delivering a professional service to landlords and tenants within a modern independent agency. A successful independent estate and lettings agency in Highcliffe are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to support the day-to-day management of its lettings portfolio. This role offers an opportunity to progress within a forward-thinking independent business focused on service and professionalism. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing a residential lettings portfolio from move-in to tenancy end Serving and managing notices Negotiating tenancy renewals Handling tenancy deposits in line with current legislation Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors Liaising professionally with landlords, tenants, suppliers, and contractors Ensuring full compliance with lettings legislation Maintaining accurate records and documentation What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Proven experience in Residential Property Management Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation ARLA membership preferred but not essential Excellent organisational and time management skills High level of customer service Confident and professional communication skills Positive, customer-focused approach Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships Well presented and professional Self-motivated, efficient, and a strong team player Willingness to keep up to date with training and legislation Full UK driving licence and own transport What's In It For You?
