My client is an accountancy firm based in Coventry city centre looking for a full time Administrator to support their firm.
Job Description
3. Provide administrative and secretarial support to the team and department.
4. Manage and organise schedules, appointments, and meetings.
5. Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
6. Assist with correspondence, including drafting emails and letters.
7. Handle incoming calls and enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
8. Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
10. Support additional administrative tasks as needed to meet team goals.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Administrator should have:
11. Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role within the professional services industry.
