Rate of Pay: £14.68 - £19.19 per hour
Summary:
We are seeking 2 reliable and hardworking Unskilled Operatives to support groundworkers, fencers, carpenters, and glaziers across social housing projects. The role involves assisting with labouring duties, working in occupied properties, and supporting teams in delivering maintenance and repair works while providing a professional service to tenants.
Responsibilities:
* Support groundworkers, fencers, carpenters, and glaziers on site
* Carry out general labouring and site support duties
* Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment
* Maintain safe and tidy working areas
* Work within occupied social housing properties and communal areas
Essential Requirements:
* Previous experience working within social housing environments
* Ability to work in physically demanding roles and outdoors in all weather conditions
* Good communication skills and ability to deal with challenging tenants professionally
* Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
* Ability to work well as part of a team
* Understanding of Health & Safety on site
