What We're Looking For
We're seeking a passionate and adaptable English Teacher who can:
Deliver high-quality lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students
Plan engaging content that supports literacy and personal development
Build strong relationships with students who may have complex needs
Embrace restorative approaches and inclusive teaching practices
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the provision
You'll need:
QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant undergraduate degree
Experience teaching English in secondary settings
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
A commitment to transforming education for vulnerable learners
