We are looking for an experienced and energetic PE specialist with significant coaching expertise, strong organisational skills and the ability to inspire every child. At Kingswood Prep School, we believe sport should build confidence, character and a lifelong love of physical activity. We are seeking an inspiring Head of Prep School Sport: Participation to lead an inclusive and ambitious PE programme from Nursery to Year 6.
This pivotal role will champion sport for all, ensuring every child enjoys frequent, positive opportunities to participate, develop and embrace challenge. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will shape a progressive curriculum, broaden engagement through creative events and clubs, and foster a dynamic sporting culture rooted in enjoyment and growth.
Alongside a full teaching commitment in PE and Games, you will oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the programme, from facilities and scheduling to equipment and health and safety.
