Job Title Senior People Data & Business Analyst Job Description About our Senior People Data & Business Analyst role As a Senior People Data & Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming how our People function and wider business use data to drive strategic decision-making. You'll be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing forward-thinking People Analytics solutions that support business performance, employee experience, and organisational effectiveness. With strong commercial acumen and a passion for solving complex problems creatively, you'll deliver actionable insights that empower stakeholders to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You'll also play a key role in championing data-led decision-making, helping to improve data literacy and upskill colleagues across the People function. Evidence-led consulting • Act as a strategic SME, leveraging analytics to influence the People Strategy and its execution at all stages of the employee life-cycle. • Apply statistical modelling techniques to enrich and improve HR decision-making. • Ensure all analytics projects and data products are aligned to strategic goals, both at an and HR and organisational level. Data communication • Develop data products from a customer-centric, user-friendly perspective. • Translate complex workforce data and trends into clear, engaging and actionable recommendations for senior leaders. • Articulate findings through a holistic, commercially-led lens. Change management • Develop and execute stakeholder management plans to ensure smooth implementation data products. • Collaborate with People and business leaders to drive adoption of people analytics solutions. • Create training materials and facilitate workshops to build data literacy within product user populations. Requirements: • 5 years' experience in Business Analysis and/or Data and Analytics, with relevant qualifications. • Ability to interpret and bring together data from various sources and turn statistical insights into actionable recommendations. • Significant level of experience in SQL, Excel, PowerBI, and/or similar tools, with an ability to quickly learn new software. • Strong knowledge of data protection, information governance, and associated requirements • Proactive, organised, and detail oriented. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and to work through complex and sometimes ambiguous challenges • Strong knowledge of broad People Function areas, and/or related domains. • Working knowledge of software industry.
