<p>Role: Clinical Negligence Solicitor , 2 -5 years PQE</p><ul><li>2 -5 years PQE</li><li>Experienced in handling and progressing litigated cases in the Sheriff Court and ASSPIC and/or Court of Session</li><li>Experienced in progressing pre-litigated cases</li><li>Good knowledge of Court practice and procedures</li><li>Knowledgeable in personal injury law and able to interpret legislation and case law</li><li>A strong communicator with good organisational skills</li><li>Compassionate and empathetic with good client handling skills</li><li>Able to work independently and use initiative</li><li>A good time manager and able to meet deadlines, multi-task, and prioritise</li><li>A hardworking team player with a positive outlook</li><li>Commercially aware and focused on meeting key performance indicators and targets</li><li>Holiday Loyalty Scheme: Earn an additional 5 days holiday .</li>
