About NEPS Logistics
NEPS Logistics is a growing logistics and transport operation providing reliable delivery and
operational support to businesses across the UK. As our operations expand, we are looking for a
Logistics Operations Administrator to support the day-to-day coordination and administration of our
logistics activities.
This role plays a key part in ensuring deliveries run smoothly by managing documentation, updating
internal systems, coordinating with drivers and subcontractors, and supporting the operations team.
Key Responsibilities
• Process, check, and upload PODs (Proof of Delivery) accurately and efficiently
• Liaise with drivers, couriers, and subcontractors to confirm ETAs and delivery status
• Update internal transport systems with delivery progress and job completion
• Prepare quotes and cost jobs for customers
• Coordinate deliveries with logistics partners and subcontractors
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery updates, quotes, and operational queries
• Prepare and maintain delivery documentation and operational records
• Support the operations team with general administrative tasks
• Identify and flag delays, missing PODs, or operational issues to the operations team
• Maintain accurate records for all logistics movements across the business
Skills & Experience
• Previous experience in logistics, transport administration, or operations support preferred
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communication skills when dealing with customers, drivers, and subcontractors
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment
• Strong IT skills including email, spreadsheets and transport management systems
