Responsibilities
* Drive performance, hit goals, and set the vibe.
* Build a high-performing team: train, coach, and motivate to exceed standards.
* Own and deliver on KPIs for every shift.
* Maintain operational excellence: rosters, stock, reporting, and compliance.
* Create an unforgettable guest experience and turn first-timers into regulars.
Qualifications
* Proven team leadership and management experience.
* Ability to inspire and develop people.
* Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
* Experience managing operations with a focus on efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance, even under pressure.

Compensation
£38,000 - £42,000 quarterly.
