Juice is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading company in North Bristol, with the appointment of a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on 12 month fixed term contract.
We are looking for a customer-focused individual with office experience, who are confident providing a excellent levels of customer service. The role is office based Monday to Friday position.
DAY TO DAY:
Answering inbound calls regarding queries, orders and deliveries.
Accurately updating the CRM system and completing any outstanding tasks.
Raising tickets and prioritising urgent tasks.
Consistently working towards KPIs to deliver quality customer service.
Regularly liaising with internal teams to ensure the smooth customer journey.
WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE:
You must have at least 1 year’s telephone-based experience.
Previous call centre experience would be highly desirable.
Resilience, adaptability and a team player attitude.
Excellent computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
