Permanent - Full Time - 40hrs (5 days out of 7, shifts within operating hours 7am- 9pm)
As our F&B Manager, youll ensure the smooth running of our restaurants, room service delivery and functions across the village and for our on-site elderly care home.
Youll help us make health happen by:
Managing the staff rota, ensuring theres appropriate cover at all times and within budget.
Leading on staff management duties such as recruiting, training and mentoring new members of the front of house team.
Supporting with the organisation of functions as required.
Ensuring that each service is managed to the highest standard, including serving meals, setting up tables, serving drinks from the bar and keeping the dining rooms tidy.
Managing alternative meal choice requests as required and ensuring customers dietary requirements are adhered to.
