Salary: £100-£120 per day- dependent on experience- paid weekly through PAYE

We’re working with a secondary school in Hartlepool looking for a confident and capable Cover Supervisor to join them this September. You’ll step in when teachers are away—keeping lessons on track, managing behaviour, and helping students stay focused and engaged.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supervising classes across a range of subjects using set lesson plans
* Managing the classroom environment to support learning and minimise disruption
* Building quick rapport with students and promoting positive behaviour
* Supporting the wider school community as needed
What you’ll need:
Experience working with children or young people in the UK
or
A UK degree in a relevant subject (e.g., English, Maths, Science, PE, etc.)
And also:
Excellent communication skills
Confidence managing behaviour in a classroom setting
A calm, professional approach (with a good sense of humour never hurting!)
