Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk (Part-Time)
Witney | 9-12 hrs/week (flexible) | Dog-friendly office
We're recruiting a detail-focused Purchase Ledger Clerk to support a small finance team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong accuracy, a methodical approach, and experience handling supplier payments.
You'll be responsible for processing invoices and payments, preparing weekly payment runs, liaising with suppliers on payment details, and supporting credit card transactions. You'll also assist the Management Accountant with ad hoc finance tasks.
Key requirements:
Experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role
Working knowledge of Xero and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Friendly, professional communication style
Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes
