What the Role Involves
Running Looms and Technical EquipmentYou will operate and monitor weaving looms, developing a solid understanding of how the machines perform and ensuring they run efficiently throughout your shift.
Maintaining High Production StandardsYou will be responsible for both output and quality, ensuring the fabric produced meets required standards while maintaining steady productivity levels.
Checking Quality and Reporting IssuesYou will carry out essential quality checks, complete reporting tasks accurately and quickly inform your supervisor of any faults or concerns.
Keeping Work Areas Safe and OrganisedA clean and tidy workspace is vital. You will follow all health and safety guidelines and keep your machines and surrounding areas in good working order.
Working as Part of a Tight‑Knit TeamWhile you will run your own set of machines, you are part of a larger team working towards shared production goals, with communication and reliability being key.
