We have an opening for a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef-De-Partie to join our team. Someone with a love of food, ingredients and making people happy.
The qualities we’re seeking are:
- Experience in a kitchen, cooking for three years minimum.
- Maintains our standards but contributes ideas, methods and helps drive us forward.
- Someone who cares about produce and the quality of food they send out.

- Full share of service charge without company deductions equivalent to £2.60 - £3 per hour gross, £5,500 - £6,250 per annum based on a 45-hour week.

The recruitment process will be as follows:
- You will be invited to an interview which will include a chat with Head Chef, some prep and cooking a dish - about 3-4 hours.
- If you enjoy the trail and we feel you’re the right person, you may be asked to a full paid trial shift.
- The successful candidate will undergo four-six weeks of induction and initial training.
