The successful applicant will have a demonstrable history in commercial building maintenance and facilities, as well as relevant Electrical Engineering qualifications. Duties as Engineering Supervisor: Delivering maintenance to the landlord areas of a small commercial building. 1-person engineering team. Managing sub-contractors; raise quotations, raise purchase orders. Strong & effective communication with the client; answering client queries & complaints. Computer literacy & timely communication. Engineering Supervisor - Requirements: 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering roles (electrical/mechanical). Experience ensuring compliance; familiar with industry standards for health & safety, and excellence. Supervisory or Lead Engineer experience; strong leadership and communication skills.
