About the opportunity: We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team and undertake the following responsibilities: * Process customer complaints, snagging and assist with any related issues. * Maintain regular communication and updates with customers. * Provide general administrative support to the Head of Customer Care. * Handle customer queries and complaints effectively. * Liaise with Site Managers, Contracts Managers, and the Construction Director to coordinate meetings with customers on behalf of the Customer Care Manager. About the benefits and rewards: The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to customer service roles.
