We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team on an ongoing basis. Applicants must have previous experience working within the construction sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an amazing, collaborative team on a leading flagship construction project in the heart of Sheffield.
The Role
You will provide essential administrative support to the project and site teams, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of this high-profile project.
Key Responsibilities

Providing administrative support to project and site teams within a construction environment

Managing project documentation, reports, and records
*
Coordinating meetings, minutes, and correspondence
*
Assisting with health & safety, compliance, and subcontractor documentation
*
Supporting procurement, invoicing, and general office administration
*
Acting as a key point of contact for administrative queries
About You
*
Essential: Proven administrative experience within construction sector
*
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
*
Confident using Microsoft Office and construction management systems
*
Able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced construction environment
*
A proactive, reliable team player with strong communication skills
