About the Role:
As an Early Years Practitioner Plus, you will:
* Lead on a key area of work, contributing to the nursery’s ongoing development.
* Support children’s learning based on their individual social, emotional, physical, and intellectual needs.
* Help maintain a warm, welcoming, and safe environment where children can flourish.
* Provide high-quality, integrated care and education for children aged 0-5.
* You’ll also receive ongoing support from an allocated Line Manager, ensuring you have the guidance and resources to succeed in your role.
