The Role:
1. Oversee the development of new products and enhancements to existing ranges.
2. Lead process and manufacturing improvements, driving efficiency and quality.
3. Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate new projects and equipment acquisitions.
4. Ensure compliance with industry standards, building regulations, and certifications.
5. Collaborate across departments to implement lean manufacturing principles and waste reduction strategies.
6. Manage technical documentation for product design and manufacturing.

What You Need:
* Proven experience in product design and manufacturing processes.
* Strong knowledge of plastics processing, thermal simulations, and structural calculations.
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams in new product development.
* Expertise in CAD software (AutoCAD 2D, SolidWorks 3D) and industry-specific design tools.
* Familiarity with building regulations, testing, and certification processes.
* Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
