Lift Modernisation Sales Consultant
The Role: The new Lift Modernisation Sales Consultant will be targeting an existing ledger of business around 25% of the time and the rest of the role is engaging in brand new business and developing it across the region.
This is a technical sales role where you'll be targeting FM companies, councils, local authorities, housing associations and commercial end users with existing lifts which could do with modernisation. Typical sales cycles are quicker than new installs at around 6 months, therefore new business pipeline management is crucial. You will have plenty of internal support from the service team, project management team, quotation team, and the subcontracted installation team across the UK.
This role will suit a technically gifted, commercially astute, lift industry professional who wants to shape the role as they want, who can bring with them new ideas, and has the drive & desire to win new business.
The Company: This business have recently been acquired by an investment firm specialising in taking businesses in the lift sector and growing them. This is a wonderful time to join them on the journey as they strategically hire in different parts of the business to meet the needs of their customers and the market. They're a well known independent organisation across the lift service provision sector, specialising in supply, installation, maintenance, repair, and modernisation throughout the UK.
For this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
·Have a track record of working with lift modernisation or new equipment sales
·Strong relationship builder - new business drive
·Deal with decision makers at all levels within FM companies or End Users
·Driving License
Package: Up to£55,000 basic DOE plus £20k - £30k OTE (paid quarterly), 25 days holiday, death in service, contributory pension scheme, company car allowance scheme
