We are currently seeking a reliable and focused individual to join our team as a Service Coordinator, based at our Head Office in Dundee.
Job Purpose
To handle incoming calls from our customers in a busy Service office, ensuring all calls are managed proficiently. Be part of an exciting team within our business in a supportive office environment. Our Service Department is a rapidly changing environment where adaptability, problem-solving, and coordination are essential to meet revenue and service targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Learn basic technical knowledge about dental equipment and technical information.
2. Handle all calls efficiently to minimize waiting times and prevent abandoned calls.
3. Assist customers with technical inquiries, parts orders, and technician call-outs.
4. Use active listening and diagnostic questioning to understand and expedite customer requirements.
The Ideal Candidate Will Be Able To
1. Demonstrate good team working skills and support other areas of the business as needed.
2. Have a strong administrative background, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
3. Possess a good telephone manner.
