What you’ll do:
* Manage all aspects of medical secretarial duties, including letters, results, and procedures.
* Liaise with patients, consultants, and other clinic users, providing exceptional customer support.
* Handle telephone and email inquiries from patients, hospitals, and other healthcare practices.
* Handle billing, invoicing, and insurance correspondence where required.
* Process private medical insurance claims.
* Order office supplies and oversee the maintenance of office equipment.
* Organise meetings and take minutes.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role within a medical environment, including experience in private medical billing.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
* Positive attitude and exceptional administrative and customer service skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
* Attention to detail.
