Responsibilities:
1. To prepare, cook, and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client.
2. To ensure that our locations meet statutory and company requirements of Health and Safety, Food Safety, environmental legislations, and procedures.
3. To ensure that the company's reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers, and that expectations are consistently exceeded.
4. To support the day-to-day running of the location and supervising teams, including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans.

Job Description:
We are hiring for a Relief Chef/Catering Manager to provide cover in Basingstoke & surrounding areas to support our existing site-based teams. This role is working term-time only and has no weekends, making it ideal for those seeking flexibility.
This role will be mobile-based, so you will need your own transport.
