You will be joining a large, established Tier 1 contractor operating within the UK construction and infrastructure sector. Your new role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will support themercial management of projects from early stages through topletion, working closely with operational andmercial teams. Your role will involve cost control, forecasting, subcontractor account management, and change control, ensuring contractualpliance andmercial performance are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have prior experience as a Quantity Surveying within construction or civil engineering. Experience working within the utilities or similar regulated infrastructure sectors would be advantageous, along with a working knowledge of NEC forms of contract. You will bemercially aware, confident in managing subcontractors, and able tomunicate effectively within a collaborative team environment.
