The Ideal Person Will Have:
1. Time served with relevant City & Guilds, BTEC or NVQ Qualifications.
2. Previous experience in a franchised car dealership (previous VAG franchise experience would be an advantage but is not essential).
3. Practical knowledge of modern diagnostic equipment/techniques.
4. Ability to work in a busy environment to a high standard.
5. Maximise fix first visit performance.
6. Ensure productivity and efficiency targets are achieved.
7. Complete accurate EVHC reports embracing CiT Now video technology.
8. Full driving licence (aged over 21 for Insurance purposes).
