A typical day in the life of a Membership Advisor includes:
* Promoting and selling memberships through tours, presentations and follow ups with prospective members
* Conducting engaging and informative tours of the club, highlighting key features and benefits
* Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
* Providing a welcoming and informative experience for all potential and new members
* Handling inquiries, appointments and follow up calls in a professional and timely manner
* Managing the membership sign up process, including completing contracts, entering data into the membership system and processing payments
* Maintaining accurate and up to date membership records and ensuring confidentiality of member information
* Assisting with administrative tasks such as preparing reports and tracking sales metrics
* Collaborating with the fitness and customer service teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new members
* Participating in member retention activities, such as welcome calls, and satisfaction surveys, to enhance member engagement and loyalty
* Promoting club programs, services and events to current and prospective members
* Attending weekly video hangouts to discuss KPI performance in absence of a Sales Manager
