* Support the Nursery Manager in the overall running of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care and education.
* Lead, motivate, and mentor staff to create a positive, collaborative, and professional working culture.
* Oversee curriculum planning and ensure activities meet EYFS standards.
* Manage staffing, ratios, and daily operations in the absence of the Nursery Manager.
* Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are consistently met.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and external agencies.
* Contribute to staff training, professional development, and performance reviews.

* Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) - essential.
* Proven leadership experience in an early years setting (Deputy Manager or Room Leader level).
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
* Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
