Role: Senior HR Advisor
Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE
Hours: 37 hours per week | between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 13:00 Friday
Salary: up to £40,000 pa DOE
🚀 Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home 🚀
We're seeking a dynamic Senior HR Advisor to join our team and make a real impact! As the Senior HR Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment laws.

Qualifications that set you apart include:
* CIPD Level 5 certificate
* Proven experience in a generalist HR role
* Up-to-date knowledge of employment law, case law and HR best practice
* Ability to deal with sensitive, pressurised, and volatile situations
