PPS Commercials Ltd are one of the UKs leading Commercial Vehicle Manufacturers.
We are currently seeking to recruit a full time Administrator to join our busy Aftercare team.
Maternity Cover contract for 12 months but may be extended.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Updating information on our customer fleet management portals.
* Liaising with our customers and updating on ETAs
* Logging essential details onto in-house systems
* Ensure jobs are completed correctly before closing down and Invoicing.
* Assisting with the day-to-day administration within the Aftersales department (emails, filing, scanning etc.)
Person Specification
* Competent in the use of Microsoft word, excel and outlook.
* Good communication skills both verbal and written.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work within a team as well as on own initiative.
