Payroll & Benefits Controller
A large multinational group is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Controller on a permanent basis, with a salary of up to £45,000 plus bonus. They are looking to expand their finance team. The role is based in West London with a hybrid working model.
Your new role
You will report directly to the Payroll & Benefits Manager and will be responsible for various tasks related to payroll and benefits processing.
Responsibilities will include:
1. End-to-end UK payroll processing for over 3,000 employees.
2. Processing starters, leavers, and update forms onto ADP IHCM.
3. Coordinating and administering the Benefits function with support from the Payroll and Benefits Manager.
4. Processing benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately.
5. Completing year-end payroll processes and producing relevant P60s, P11Ds, P11D(b).
6. Processing SPP, SMP, SSP, student loan deductions, and attachment of earning orders.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have extensive experience working within the Payroll & Benefits function, enabling you to hit the ground running. Strong attention to detail, speed, accuracy, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed are essential.
Ideally, you will have advanced Excel skills, good knowledge of pension processes, salary sacrifice schemes, and their processing through payroll. Knowledge of ADP IHCM, employee benefits, and statutory compliance is also required.
