What
You’ll Be Doing- Supporting the day?to?day running of the Forum Spa & Ocius treatment
spaces- Delivering and inspiring 5* standards in
treatments, service, and presentation- Leading and supporting a team of therapists,
ensuring smooth, efficient operations- Managing scheduling, stock control, admin tasks,
and treatment bookings- Handling guest feedback with professionalism and
care- Taking an active leadership role—team communication, development,
briefings- Stepping up as Duty Manager in the absence of
senior spa leadership- Performing treatments to luxury brand standardsThis is a
hands?on, guest?focused leadership role where no two days are the same.
What We’re
Looking For- At least 18 months’ experience as a Senior Spa Therapist- VTCT NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy- A confident communicator and natural team
motivator- Strong organisational skills and experience in
spa operations- Ability to deliver and uphold impeccable 5*
treatment standards- Experience with stock control and spa/salon
software systemsDesirable: experience in a luxury 5* spa, hot stones, advanced beauty skills, Elemis
training, leadership experience, or exposure to large spa teams.
