Ensure compliance with environmental legislation and internal standards
Monitor and report on environmental performance
Conduct site inspections and audits
Oversee waste and resource management initiatives
Lead training programmes to enhance environmental awareness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into operationsEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in environmental compliance or sustainability, preferably in manufacturing
Proven ability to interpret and apply environmental regulations
Familiarity with environmental audits and risk assessments
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsDesirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Postgraduate qualification in environmental management or sustainability (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor)
Experience with ISO standards and environmental management systems
Knowledge of carbon emissions reporting and data analysisTechnologies:
Proficiency in environmental monitoring and reporting tools
Experience with data collection and analysis software
