We’re recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a leading building services provider, looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their maintenance team at a high-end corporate site in White City. This role offers the chance to work within a premium commercial environment, supporting a major client alongside a well-established and professional engineering team.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the site operates smoothly and safely, maintaining all electrical systems to the highest standards. With a strong focus on service delivery, compliance, and teamwork, this is a great opportunity for an engineer seeking long-term career development within a respected commercial maintenance company.Electrical Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities:
* Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive tasks across the site
* Maintain and repair electrical systems, including single and three-phase power, emergency lighting, fire alarms, motors, pumps, and BMS operation
* Carry out plant and system isolations in accordance with health and safety standards
* Ensure all corrective and repair works meet industry regulations and safety standards
* Liaise with subcontractors, site supervisors, and the client to ensure smooth service delivery
* Complete site logbooks, RAMS, and job documentation via PDA
* Promote safe working practices and uphold service quality standards
Electrical Maintenance Engineer Requirements:
* Fully qualified in Electrical Installations or Engineering (City & Guilds, NVQ, EAL or equivalent)
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial building maintenance
* Solid understanding of commercial M&E systems
* Strong communication and client-facing skills
* Able to commute reliably to White City
Salary and Benefits:
* £45,000 per annum
* Monday - Friday (Split Shift, 7am - 4pm and 10am -7pm)
* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
