Head of Digital PR Strategy – Maternity Cover
Base pay range
Up to £65,000
Location - Oxford (hybrid)
Responsibilities:
* Lead strategy: Drive digital PR, SEO, social, influencer strategies, working with SLT to evolve the agency proposition.
* Own client success: Act as senior lead for SEO-only clients and the Planning team, ensuring smooth delivery against goals and milestones.
* Guide and mentor: Support senior strategists and freelancers, pushing for the strongest thinking.
* Set the pace: Shape annual plans with Comms, align KPIs, and keep momentum through quarterly reviews and course corrections.
* Shape strategy: Oversee channel audits and year‑one roadmaps for new clients.
* Know the audience: Translate insights into campaign strategies and enduring brand guidance.
* Get hands‑on: Contribute to SEO and audience audits.
About you:
* Channel expertise: Senior‑level experience in digital PR, SEO, social, and an understanding of AI/LLMs.
* Strong project management: Able to manage complex workstreams with clarity and structure.
* Client‑first mindset: Balances commercial, strategic, and client goals.
* Analytical strength: Turn data into actionable recommendations.
* Clear communication: Confident, inspiring, and concise with clients, leaders, and teams.
