We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic General Assistant to support the day-to-day café operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and be a key part of our friendly team. What You’ll Be Doing: Delivering top-tier customer service – making every customer feel welcome and ensuring a friendly, engaging atmosphere. Assisting with food & drink preparation – supporting baristas and chefs in delivering fresh, high-quality products. Keeping the café running smoothly – helping with cleaning, stock replenishment, and general upkeep. Taking orders & serving customers – ensuring fast and efficient service with a smile. Presenting products beautifully – ensuring displays look abundant, inviting, and visually appealing. Maintaining health & safety standards – ensuring the café remains clean, safe, and Bringing energy & enthusiasm – supporting a positive, team-focused work environment.
