Role Overview As a Theatre Practitioner / ODP in the operating theatres at Oxford Manor Hospital, you will be registered with the appropriate governing body. You must hold registration with the NMC or HCPC and possess relevant post‑registration experience, a dynamic skill set and excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Be a part of a close‑knit multidisciplinary team.

Supervise, support and develop junior members of staff.
Create high‑quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence‑based.
Interact well with colleagues on the ward and within the department, ensuring continuity in patient care.
Key Qualifications & Experience
Vast post‑registration experience in orthopaedic, ENT or ophthalmic scrub/SFA work.
Qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC or HCPC.
Undertaken additional courses pertaining to your skill set.
Excellent communication skills and a strong team‑working attitude.
Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays.
