Location: West Sussex | Aerospace Sector
We’re working with a leading specialist in aircraft components and aftermarket solutions.
They’re now looking for a Head of Sales Operations to lead commercial strategy, drive business growth, manage and coach a high performing sales team. This is a high-impact role suited to someone with a proven sales leadership track record in a complex, aviation parts trading environment.
What you’ll be doing:
Shaping and executing growth strategies
Building and leading a high-performing sales team
Managing key accounts and forging new commercial partnerships
Collaborating with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions
Representing the business at industry events
What we’re looking for:
Strong experience as a Sales Director, VP Sales, or Head of Sales (5 years)
Track record of delivering revenue growth and market share
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and commercial skills
Aviation/aerospace sector experience is essential - preferably parts trading
