Community Support Worker – £150 Welcome Bonus
Responsibilities
* Follow each client's care plan
* Assist with all aspects of personal care, incl. washing and dressing
* Assist with meal preparation
* Assist with toileting
* Assist clients with their mobility using equipment provided
* Assist with daily living tasks
* Assist with medication management
* Provide companionship
Qualifications & Requirements
* Must be 18 or over to apply for this position due to insurance purposes
* Must be able to work alternate weekends
* Must undertake an enhanced DBS check
* Must have own transport

You will usually be based in one area to provide consistency and continuity for both yourself and the people you support. Shift Patterns
* Morning shifts – 7:00 AM to 1:00/2:00 PM
* Evening shifts – 3:00/4:00 PM to 10:00 PM
* All shifts include alternate weekends
