The Role
As a Remote Key Account Manager, reporting to our Sales Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping us achieve our objectives. Using your expertise in remote engagement, you’ll connect with healthcare professionals to deliver meaningful solutions that align with NHS priorities while driving sales and market growth for our clients.
This role is offered on a term-time only basis and is designed for experienced Key Account Managers who want to continue working at a full commercial pace during school terms, while benefiting from flexibility during school holidays.
Term-Time Working
This role will particularly suit someone who:
* Prefers working full-time during school terms
* Values the flexibility that term-time working offers around family responsibilities
* Wants to remain commercially active without stepping away from a senior, outcome-focused role
* Is looking for balance, without compromising on standards, accountability, or impact
This is not a reduced-responsibility role. During term time, you will be fully accountable for your accounts and outcomes, working at the same intensity and quality expected of a full-time Key Account Manager.

What You'll Do
* Use remote platforms like Teams and Zoom to engage healthcare professionals and build trusted relationships
* Conduct e-detailing and support tailored marketing initiatives to align with NHS needs
* Identify opportunities for growth, supporting the NHS in accessing innovative solutions from our pharma clients
* Research market intelligence and contribute to strategies that enhance our clients' impact within the healthcare sector
* Work collaboratively with a team that is passionate about delivering excellence and making a difference
About You
* You are currently living and eligible to work in the UK
* You hold a current ABPI qualification (essential)
* Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, key account management, and remote selling
* Commercially confident and comfortable with accountability for outcomes
* Highly organised, self-directed, and effective in a remote working environment
