As a Graduate Business Development Manager, you will sell innovative solutions within SaaS, Cloud, AI, Machine Learning, IT Security, Managed Services, IOT, Project Applications, Unified Communications, NLP, Data, and UcaaS. This is not a transactional sales role, it requires a consultative, entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to understand complex client challenges, and the drive to position advanced technology as the solution.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across multiple sectors (B2B).
* Engage senior decision-makers with a consultative approach, understanding their challenges and tailoring solutions.
* Build strong client relationships that drive long-term partnerships.
* Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
* Keep pace with emerging technologies and apply them to client needs.
* International travel may be required to meet clients and support projects globally.
Requirements
* Minimum 2:1 degree or above from a leading university.
* Excellent pre-university academic track record.
* Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience, curiosity, and a results-driven attitude.
* Natural consultative selling style; ability to influence at senior levels.
* Commercial awareness and eagerness to develop a career in global technology sales.
