Teaching Assistant - January Start
Location: Hounslow
Contract: Full-time, Term-Time Only
Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and helping them reach their full potential? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive school community in Hounslow starting January.
About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting pupils in small groups or on a one-to-one basis
Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
Helping to deliver targeted interventions
Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting a safe, inclusive atmosphere
Providing general support across the classroom and school where needed
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Patient, caring and enthusiastic about education
Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Organised, proactive, and willing to learn
Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA) are welcomed but not mandatory
