Supply Chain Co‑ordinator – Trainee We’re looking for a proactive and organised Supply Chain Co‑ordinator – Trainee to support data management, reporting, and stock flow across our global supply chain. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and develop strong supply chain foundations in a fast‑paced environment. This role is based in Cirencester What you’ll do: Support ERP system, dashboard, and reporting development. Monitor supplier performance and delivery trends using Excel. Review MRP messages and stock reports to prevent supply issues or overstocking. Identify potential part shortages and escalate where needed. Maintain supply chain dashboards and support new system adoption. Provide data analysis for stock levels, sales trends, and availability reporting. Support weekly Global Supply vs Demand reporting. Help manage stock intake and suggest process improvements. Monitor stock health within the UK GDC. About You Confident using MS Office, especially Excel. Good analytical skills. Strong communication and organisational skills. Attention to detail key. Self‑motivated, accountable, and customer‑focused. A supportive team player with a willingness to learn.
