OT Team Manager – Enfield Council
£40.00 per hour | Hybrid working
Pertemps are recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapy Team Manager to join Enfield Council, overseeing a busy in-house, therapy-led reablement service.
In this role, you will:
1. Work closely with the CQC Registered Manager and OT Assistant Team Manager to deliver a high-quality reablement service.
2. Support residents following hospital discharge and within the community, with a strong focus on maximising independence.
3. Provide supervision and leadership to OT staff, ensuring the service remains outcome-focused and resident-centred.
4. Triage referrals and collaborate with the registered manager to make best use of in-house care capacity.
