Project Administrator – Dounreay
Altrad are looking to recruit a Project Administrator to support the delivery of a newly established project at Dounreay.
The role will provide day-to-day administrative support to the project manager and assist in ensuring project documentation, personnel records and general project activities are managed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* General administrative support to the project team
* Management of project documentation and records
* Processing timesheets and supporting weekly reporting
* Assisting with onboarding and site access requirements
* Maintaining training and competency records1
* Supporting meetings, minutes and project communications
* Liaising with site personnel, suppliers and head office departments
* Supporting travel, accommodation and general project coordination activities
Requirements
* Previous administration experience
* Good organisational and communication skills
* Previous experience within construction, industrial or nuclear environments desirable but not essential
