We’re looking for a skilled Agent/Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of infrastructure schemes across the Eastern region. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage a portfolio of projects or a large, complex scheme ensuring safe, efficient, and commercially successful outcomes.
Your Role
* Lead multidisciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle—from bid/no bid to close-out.
* Drive delivery in line with our Assured Project Planning (APP) process, ensuring all disciplines are aligned.
* Manage baseline programmes, proactively addressing schedule risks and opportunities.
* Oversee subcontractor strategy and procurement through our approved supply chain.
* Take full commercial ownership: cost control, forecasting, reporting, and performance monitoring.
* Build strong client relationships and act as the key contact for all projects in your portfolio.
* Ensure safety compliance through EcoOnline audits and robust documentation.
* Lead investigations into incidents, driving improvement and accountability.
* Perform On Call Manager duties as required.
What You’ll Bring
* HNC in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience.
* SMSTS certification.
* Strong infrastructure and industry knowledge.
* Proven leadership and confident decision-making.
* Commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
* High workload management capability and excellent communication.
* Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools.
* Proven experience in site and people management.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Relevant professional qualification is desirable
* CRE-C, TWC and TWS experience
* Skilled at developing close relationships, especially with key project influencers.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Extensive experience in commercial management of projects and reporting to Senior Management and Clients.
