Were looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to supportto lead the commercial aspects of our projects in North Wales! Youll oversee subcontractor management, ensure compliance with quotations and applications, and coach Quantity Surveyors on variations and final accounts. From monitoring risk registers to recovering contract costs, you'll drive profitability and efficiency. This role also involves preparing financial reports, developing negotiating skills, and enhancing commercial processes.
