Summary: Consumer offices throughout Europe. Primarily providing onsite support in Worthing with regular travel to provide onsite support at our office in Southwater. Also providing remote support for other Masimo Consumer offices across Europe and working with the global infrastructure team to support users around the world and on various IT projects as required. Essential Responsibilities: Managing tickets and monitoring the IT helpdesk ticket queues. Provide technical assistance for incoming support requests and issues related to end-user computer systems, software, and hardware. Setting up new equipment such as desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile phones. Install, configure, and repair computer hardware and software. Support Office 365. Provide basic end-user computer training. Walk users through problem-solving process via phone, email, and remote screen sharing. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems. Required skills: Minimum of two years' experience in IT Helpdesk or similar technical experience including use of ITSM tools. Specific technical experience with: Microsoft Windows 10/11 MacOS X Microsoft Office applications Microsoft Office 365 Network connectivity Microsoft Active Directory users and groups Microsoft user permissions iPhone/Android mobile devices Able to solve technical problems. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Positive attitude. Motivated, self-starting, able to work independently and set priorities. Maintain a high level of business ethics and professionalism. Must be able to work on confidential tasks. Good organizational skills. Full clean driving license.
