The Vacancy
We are looking for a Business Development Manager, internally known as Regional Account Manager to drive profitable growth across a defined territory by developing strong relationships with industrial customers and delivering value through a consultative sales approach.
You will manage and grow a portfolio of accounts while identifying new opportunities to expand Rubix’s presence across a variety of industries.
What you’ll be doing
• Managing and developing a portfolio of key customers
• Identifying new business opportunities across your territory
• Using a consultative sales approach to understand customer maintenance and operational challenges
• Promoting Rubix’s full MRO offering including technical products and value-added services
• Developing strategic account plans to grow share of wallet
• Building strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders across site.
• Working closely with internal specialists to deliver tailored customer solutions
• Managing pipeline activity and sales forecasts through CRM
What we’re looking for
• Proven B2B field sales experience, ideally within industrial, engineering, or MRO environments
• Experience managing customer relationships and delivering sales growth
• Strong consultative selling and problem-solving skills
• Commercially driven with excellent negotiation and communication abilities
• Ability to engage with stakeholders across engineering, maintenance, QSHE and procurement functions
• Self-motivated with strong territory planning and account management skills
