At IRIS Software Group, we’re looking for an experienced Product Management Manager to lead the evolution of our Payroll Managed Services offering, helping us scale with impact and deliver world-class services through Every HR & Payroll our next-gen cloud platform.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Define and own the product roadmap for managed services within education.
* Lead a team of Product Owners responsible for strategic functions across the service.
* Champion product and service innovation by engaging directly with schools, trusts, and MATs.
* Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to bring scalable solutions to life.
* Define pricing models, service levels, and product positioning that keep IRIS ahead of the market.
You’ll Bring:
* Experience of product leadership experience in payroll, HR tech, or managed services.
* A deep understanding of UK payroll compliance, service delivery, and digital transformation.
* The ability to translate customer needs into structured, agile delivery.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing strategy and customer engagement.
* Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and a passion for education or public services.
